Individuals who are the present and future vanguard of a company require a high degree of self-awareness to perform at the peak of their abilities. Executive coaching is an experiential, individualized, leadership-development process that can enhance a leader's capacity to achieve both short and long-term organizational goals.

Using one-on-one coaching sessions as my primary practice, I meet with executives in person or via telephone, to help them gain insight, learn new things, change their behavior, and improve their effectiveness and satisfaction in their work activities.

Ultimately, effective coaching will cultivate insight, facilitate new learning, and guide the application and transfer of new insights and skills.

My personal philosophy is to work with my clients to draw attention to the legacy they are creating while they are still in the organization. It's about what is being said when they leave the room - not when they leave the organization or the planet. Coaching helps leaders to 'LIVE' their legacy now. When they do leave, their footprints will bear the imprint of great leadership.
