Specializing in an ontological approach to coaching, Cheryl works in partnership with her clients to create an environment - the workplace culture - that goes beyond attending to individuals. An emphasis is placed on generating a culture conducive to producing leaders rather than managers. J.L. Austin famously held that we do things with words. Our speech is best understood as action provoking reaction from others.

"I understand your position as a leader because I've been a leader. I will work with you and your leadership team to develop strategies that suit your needs and corporate directions. I will stay with you during the difficult stages to guide you through the tough spots. As a dedicated resource, I am prepared to bring you results."
